Plans & pricing
Paradarum has four self-service plans — Seed (free), Starter, Pro and Business — plus a custom Enterprise tier. You pick and change your plan from Account → Billing in the panel; upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades follow the rules in Changing plans.

Notes on the table:
- Custom hostnames per property counts your own domains only — the system
*.prdrm.nethostname every property gets is free and does not count. - Raw logs retention & export — on Seed, raw request logs are not stored and CSV export is unavailable; aggregate statistics still work. See Raw logs.
- On Seed there is no overage: when the included traffic is used up, delivery pauses until the next month. See Quotas & overage.
All prices on this page are in EUR and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable, based on your billing country.
Pay any paid plan annually and get 2 months free: you pay 10 months for 12. You can switch to annual billing from Account → Billing.
Changing plans
Upgrades apply immediately: the new limits and included traffic are available right away.
Downgrades are scheduled and applied at your next monthly renewal — and a downgrade can only be scheduled if your account fits the target plan. The panel runs a checklist against the target plan's limits and shows exactly what is over; you reduce or remove the excess yourself — nothing is ever deleted for you. What counts against the target plan:
- Properties — all non-deleted properties count, including disabled or paused ones. Parking a property as disabled does not free its slot; delete it instead.
- Custom hostnames on each property. The system
*.prdrm.nethostname never counts. - Team users and active API keys.
- Live streams, if the target plan does not include live streaming — remove them first.
- Paid features the target plan lacks: Origin Shield, signed URLs, multi-origin failover (more than one enabled origin) and uploaded custom SSL certificates must be disabled or removed on each affected property.
What never blocks a downgrade: rules (unlimited on every plan), the WAF (full on every plan) and statistics / raw-log retention, which simply shrinks to the target plan's window.
If you add resources after scheduling a downgrade and no longer fit the target plan when the renewal comes, the downgrade is cancelled: your current plan renews normally and you receive an email listing the blockers.
The automatic move to Seed when your balance cannot cover a renewal (after the grace period) works differently: nothing is deleted, disabled or paused because of the new limits. Everything you already have keeps working — the account just cannot create anything new (properties, hostnames, team users, API keys, …) while it exceeds the Seed limits.
Live streaming pricing
Live is billed on top of your plan, per stream: an ingest slot costs €12/month, plus the monthly price of each transcode rendition you attach (240p €8 · 360p €12 · 480p €18 · 720p €29 · 1080p €39). See Transcode profiles & ABR for the full ladder and details.
Enterprise
Need more than Business — higher traffic commitments, custom PoP placement, dedicated onboarding, custom contracts or invoicing? Open a ticket or write to sales and we will put together an Enterprise plan for you.
Partner accounts
Partner accounts can have a custom free traffic quota that replaces the plan's included traffic. If you have a partnership agreement with Paradarum, contact support to have it applied to your account.
