A big one: Paradarum now has four self-service plans, plus two long-requested delivery features — signed URLs and multi-origin failover — and refreshed live transcode rendition pricing.

New plans​

Pick from Seed (free, 50 GB/month), Starter (€5, 750 GB), Pro (€25, 5,000 GB) and Business (€99, 25,000 GB) — with clear per-plan limits, overage rates, support tiers and an SLA on paid plans. Signed URLs (Starter and up)​

Protect content with expiring, HMAC-signed links: the edge serves a protected path only with a valid pdm_token / pdm_expires pair, and rejects everything else with a 403. Enable it per property from the panel — the signing secret is generated for you. Guide with bash, PHP and Node examples: Signed URLs.

Multi-origin failover (Pro and up)​

A property can now have multiple origins with priority ordering. If the primary origin fails to connect or answers 5xx, the edge retries the next origin automatically — within the same request. See Multiple origins & failover.

Live transcode pricing​

We refreshed transcode rendition pricing: 240p €8 · 360p €12 · 480p €18 · 720p €29 · 1080p €39 per month, with the ingest slot staying at €12/month — see Transcode profiles & ABR. Live playback is delivered as adaptive HLS through the CDN — details in Playback URLs & manifest caching.
